The professional rotation training of substation operation and maintenance integration has been officially launched, mainly for the technical skills improvement education and training of on-the-job employees,When faced with differences in the quality of different provinces, companys and individuals, how to quickly and efficiently complete standardized training in the true sense is a thorny problem that every training company must face.Based on the test scores of 600 students from 26 participating companys in a certain period of 2021, this paper conducts a multi-dimensional in-depth analysis from the fields of practical training projects and key skill items.By constructing the evaluation index of teaching quality, standardizing the data of each index, and then using the radar chart analysis method to evaluate the quality of the integrated training and teaching of general practitioners in the substation operation and maintenance specialty.According to the meaning of the graphic attributes, a comprehensive analysis is carried out on the learning effect of the participating companys and employees, and the advantages and disadvantages of each project of the participating companys and employees are scientifically analyzed, whether the indicators of each dimension are balanced, and whether they are developing towards a benign development.

In recent years, with the increase of aging population and physical disabilities, more attentions have been paid on studies of the lower extremity exoskeleton. It is a man-machine integration device and fusion of multi-subject technology. This article will discuss on mathematical modeling and PID control on exoskeleton. Firstly, the law of human gait and leg structure is studied in details. On this basis and combining the robotics, the freedom and the structure parameters of exoskeleton can be designed. Secondly, by using the D-H model, the mathematical model will be established to analyze the relationship between the pose and motion. Thirdly, by using Lagrange equation, a dynamic model which is to study the relationship between the torque and motion is established. Finally, a modern simulation tool called SimMechanics is used to set up the kinematics model. PID control is used in the article. The sine wave response has been analyzed to earn feasibility results.

The mission of independent directors is mitigating conflictions between majority and minority shareholders. This paper selects listed companies punished by CSRC or received qualified audit opinions from 2002 to 2004 as our target sample, empirically tests behavior and economic consequence of adjustment of independent directors. Empirical evidence shows that listed companies will increase independent directors with accounting background after a mishap to mitigate agent distress, and these companies enjoy significantly contemporaneous return after the adjustment.

The place and intensity of vortexes are analyzed and the main causations of energy loss are found. It is indicated that the stream function, velocity magnitude, energy loss and flow noise is reduced, negative pressure is changed and the use of energy is improved by optimizing design of the throttle poppet valve spool.
